We are happy to announce that this September the Nordic Circular Hotspot is getting not only one but two new Managing Partners. The growing team is welcoming the Danish Design Center and Ethica Oy, from Finland, to join our group of Nordic circularity experts and innovators.

The Nordic Circular Hotspot is a partner driven initiative co-funded by Nordic Innovation, with representatives from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland and Finland. Since we founded the Nordic Circular Hotspot in 2020, we have grown from eight managing partners, to now having more than 70 companies engaged in our partnership program. This week we are launching our first transition groups, where companies within selected value chains will work together to secure a circular market transition.

As part of the three-day state visit of the Dutch royal couple to Norway, the Holland Circular Hotspot and Nordic Circular Hotspot formally signed a Partnership Agreement. “Signing a partnership with the Nordic Circular Hotspot comes at a moment that the world realises that it needs circularity more than ever,” said Freek van Eijk, Director, Holland Circular Hotspot.
