Nordic Dialogues – What does healthy funding look like?
- Regenerative
- Collaboration
What is healthy funding in a changing world?
How can we bring capital back into alignment with what it’s funding? To support
societal transition, deploying capital in regenerative ways is necessary. Financial
currency, as the lifeblood of the current system, holds potential to address our
collective challenges.
This involves new asset classes, organisational structures, ecosystem-focused
activities, and fund structures. It's about renegotiating incentives and relationships
between LPs, GPs, and entrepreneurs, and exploring how we can align the inner and
outer. How can we repurpose the current system?
What are we looking for?
We seek a new conversation—grounded in current reality and oriented towards a
regenerative future where funding, technology, biosphere, and people align. Nordic
Dialogues is a Nordic initiative hosted by Innrwrks and Leapfrog. In partnership with
IFT and EIFF and their course on Investing with planetary systems. We retreat to
examine the current system and identify paths towards adjacent possibilities.

Background
Entrepreneurs Amit Paul and Nils von Heijne founded Innrwrks in late 2023 after over
40 years of combined start-up experience and a 7-year discovery into systems
transition and transformation. They developed a novel organizational model (the
RCO) and are now delving deeper into funding and accounting for businesses.
Innrwrks transformation lab is gathering the community of change makers that are
also pioneering new organisational forms, new ways of funding geared towards our
guiding question: How can we transform business to create a world we want for our
kids? Nordic Dialogue is a series of activities geared towards showcasing and
sharing novel practices for regenerative practitioners within business.
Who should join?
We call on the ecosystem around business funding—VCs, family offices, angels, LPs,
public funding agencies, grants, intermediaries, non-profit or philanthropic investors,
and experienced entrepreneurs. If you’re involved in shifting the current system, this
is for you.
