Marvin initiated Circle Economy's work on the "circularity exchange network" which supports the major multilateral development banks in their circular transition and he supports the Dutch financial sector in the Kopgroep Circulair Financieren. His expertise lies in developing strategic solutions around financing challenges and measuring the circular economy. He has also lead the R&D work on circular indicators and metrics as secretariat member of the Circular Economy Indicator Coalition (CEIC). Before he joined Circle Economy he gained experience in business consulting and development in the DACH area. As free-lancer he also has years of experience in the electronic equipment (waste) sector. Marvin holds a MSc in Political Economy from the Universiteit van Amsterdam and a BSc in Business Economics.
