Dan Koivulaakso is the Head of Department for Growth and Climate that encompasses the Nordic co-operation in the fields of Nature & Climate, Energy, Economic Affairs, Finance, Regional and Digitalization policy. He is happy to speak on various topics related to his work at the Nordic Council of Ministers as well as about Nordic Co-operation in general. Koivulaakso has previously worked e.g. as State Secretary in the Finnish Ministry of Education, negotiator in a trade union and as City Councillor of Helsinki. He is an expert negotiator with plenty of experience in policy, international affairs and strategic communication.
