Antonio Biason

He contributed to the negotiation and implementation of the Data Governance Act and the Data Act. He is also engaged in topics related to cross-border data flows. Prior to his current role, he acted as policy officer for digital and telecom affairs at the Permanent Representation of Portugal to the EU in the context of the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the EU.

Biason holds a bachelor's degree in politics and international relations and a master's degree in international and European law.
