Willder was founded in 2019 by the team behind Supertanker, a creative strategy agency established in 2002. The goal was to dive deeper into entrepreneurship and actively contribute to the realization of the strategies they helped create. Willder blends consulting with hands-on entrepreneurship, believing that building their own ventures enhances both their joy of creation and their advisory skills.

Despite launching during the pandemic, Willder has thrived, with five consultants generating over NOK 10 million annually. They’ve developed projects like Norway’s first health district, circular business models in construction and maritime industries, and innovative AI-driven services. 

With 40 employees and over NOK 200 million in funding raised, Willder continues to break new ground, driven by a passion for creating impactful ventures.
