Paula has ten years of experience in developing circular business with companies in different sectors. She is the CEO and co-founder of Ethica, a pioneering circular economy consultancy based in Finland.

Ethica’s services to businesses and other organisations include circular business strategies and roadmaps, as well as the development of regenerative circular products and services. With strong business development background, Paula loves finding the best way for any company to start developing sustainable business and circular solutions towards a regenerative path. Before establishing Ethica, Paula worked for 13 years at Nokia Corporation, working, for example, on global resourcing, organisation design, and senior management’s strategic change management programmes.
